This is a pivotal role combining hands-on technical leadership with people management - shaping our software strategy and driving delivery across a growing, cross-functional organisation. Our software runs inside semiconductor fabs and processes real 3D height-profile data captured at atomic scale, so this role suits someone who enjoys working at the forefront of technology on complex problems, scientific data, and software that must be robust, reliable, and trusted by customers.</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559739&quot;:200}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 2">Reward and Benefits</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559738&quot;:300,&quot;335559739&quot;:150}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul> <li data-leveltext="•" data-font="" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{&quot;335552541&quot;:1,&quot;335559685&quot;:720,&quot;335559991&quot;:360,&quot;469769242&quot;:[8226],&quot;469777803&quot;:&quot;left&quot;,&quot;469777804&quot;:&quot;•&quot;,&quot;469777815&quot;:&quot;hybridMultilevel&quot;}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1"><span data-contrast="auto">£70,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;335559739&quot;:120}">&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li data-leveltext="•" data-font="" data-listid="2" data-list-defn-props="{&quot;335552541&quot;:1,&quot;335559685&quot;:720,&q
