The Opportunity

The Engineering Manager leads an engineering team responsible for delivering high-quality designs and technical solutions. This role focuses on people leadership, execution, and ensuring engineering work aligns with project requirements, standards, and timelines.

What you will do?

• Lead and motivate an engineering team to meet project goals
• Oversee day-to-day engineering execution and technical deliverables
• Coordinate across teams to support project execution
• Ensure engineering standards, safety, and quality requirements are met
• Track project progress and support issue resolution
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance development

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in engineering
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams
• Effective communicator across technical and non-technical groups

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred

• 8+ years of engineering experience

• 3+ years in an engineering leadership or management role

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
