The Opportunity:

You know that delivering solutions to complex problems requires a leader that understands the technology and the business problem that must be solved. It requires a strategic thinker to wear multiple hats: from asking technical questions and considering all perspectives, to facilitating solutioning workshops and documenting the path forward. We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission. 

In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced engineering solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to develop products and solutions for a leading software factory supporting multiple defense service organizations. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of solutions, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

• Experience with managing software development projects down to the technical requirements 

• Experience managing multiple initiatives and scrum teams 

• Experience developing and supporting an automation-first culture 

• Experience communicating complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to various audiences  

• Experience with creating and promoting comprehensive documentation

• Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and processes 

• Ability to maintain organization of high volumes of data and mentor team members on the value and best practices of maintaining clear, up-to-date, and impactful documentation 

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

• Ability to obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II or IAT Level III certification within 30 days of hire

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with cloud-based solution development 

• Experience collaborating effectively with external teams and partnerships

• Experience with Agile methodologies 

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering
