We’re looking for an Engineering Manager, Applied AI to help us to develop, design and deliver our generative AI products and build a high functioning AI feature organization.
About the role:

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $175,800 - $247,700
- Zone B: $164,500 - $232,200
- Zone C: $154,200 - $217,600
- Canada (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
- CAD 199,300 - CAD 281,100
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As an Engineering Manager, Applied AI, you’ll …
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers working on AI-driven code generation tools.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of CodeGen projects.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
- Ensure the team’s work aligns with Webflow’s overall strategic goals and objectives.

About you:
