We offer an entry to an exciting professional career in Engineering in the best global consumer goods company. As an Engineering Intern, you will be leading the technical part of a capital project – new technology implementation or development of new engineering solutions or improvement of engineering systems and operations. This scope will include:

• Project scope and success criteria set up

• Project team build and kick-off

• Technical and design basis establishment and alignment with experts

• Best value analysis execution

• Project design specification and execution plan creation

• Project-related change management process leadership

• Project budget estimation and alignment with sponsors

• Project risk assessment

• Contractors’ management

The internship will last approximately 6 months. During the internship, you will work on real projects and develop real business solutions. You will be surrounded by a multifunctional team of experienced P&G managers to guide you and equip you for success.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary 80 000 RUB gross

• Free lunch on the territory of the plant

• Shuttle bus from Moskovskaya subway station

Job Qualifications

• 3+ year students and recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation)

• STEM academic background is preferable

• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

• Strong communication skills, leadership, and analytical capabilities

• Critical thinking, operational discipline, and ability to work within diverse organizations and teams

• Willingness to learn and flexibility
