Job Description
Transform your education and experience into fast-track career growth by joining the Engineer Xcelerator Rotation Program (EX), offering a high-performing culture that is made up of a powerfully diverse and inclusive workforce. The EX mission is to identify and cultivate future technical leaders that accelerate Experian’s innovation. We are seeking high-performing, motivated software engineers who want the opportunity to develop their skills through diverse assignments. This 12-month program is a fast track to developing your technical expertise while setting you up for success in a global organization.
- Complete two 6-month technical rotations across our business groups.
- Gain hands-on experience with the latest tech stacks and platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Innovation teams.
- Receive 1:1 mentorship from Senior Engineers and a Career Development Coaches.
- Gain exposure to Senior Business Leadership.
- Partake in unique sprint assignments.
- Focus on your development as an engineer.
Start dates for the program are April and June 2024
Qualifications
- Graduating in December 2023 or Spring 2024 with a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent field.
- Knowledge in one or more programming and scripting language such as Java, JavaScript, C#, T-SQL, HTML, PHP, Python or Ruby.
- Experience with frameworks such as ASP.NET, React, Redux, Angular, Spring or Hibernate.
- Exposure to various databases such as Oracle, SQL, Cassandra, and MongoDB.
- An interest in learning test automation, machine learning, DevOps, or AWS.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, curious, critical thinking, and analytical mind.
- Ability to collaborate with team members across multiple geographies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
