The role supports project planning, outage coordination, field verification activities, engineering documentation, and project closeout activities while working closely with Operations, Project Execution, and Shared Services teams. The focus of this position is to continue to learn, develop, and take on increasingly challenging assignments, under the guidance of senior engineers and technical professionals, in order to further develop knowledge, experience, and expertise across the enterprise — covering engineering tasks, methods, practices, and disciplines throughout the planning, design, procurement, construction, and start-up stages of the project lifecycle contributing to the safe, reliable, and efficient execution of projects.

What You Will Do:
Support outage planning and execution activities for maintenance and capital projects in collaboration with Project Execution and Operations teams.
Conduct field verifications and gather technical documentation to ensure alignment between field conditions, engineering requirements, and project needs.
Assist with engineering work package development, design reviews, tie-in planning, outage scoping, and work sequencing activities.
Provide technical support for project procurement, quality reviews, stakeholder communication, and resolution of routine project issues.
Support project closeout activities, including drawing updates, records management, asset documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote Enbridge’s commitment to safety, integrity, inclusion, respect, high performance, and operational excellence.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university.
2+ years of related engineering experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and hydraulic modeling software.
Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver results across concurrent projects.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues, collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working towards your Professional Engineer (PE) designation is preferred.
Working Conditions:
Office environment.
Frequent travel (20-25%) to field excavations, industry committees/conferences, and other office locations is required.
Ability to travel and work throughout United States, mainly the mid-Western states.
A valid driver's license and maintenance of a responsible driving record is required which will be validated before hire.
