Supernal is at the forefront of creating emerging mobility solutions that will foster the development of human-centered cities. We are designing a completely new electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft tailored to the mobility needs of future cities. This allows passengers a seamless intermodal journey that safely transports them to their final destination. What we do:
The Engagement Manager will play a critical role in managing our growing portfolio of client relationships. The role is the primary point of contact for several our current and future client relationships and will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, including outreach, relationship building, and structuring agreements. As client needs demand, the Engagement Manager will conduct supporting background research, lead scenario modeling efforts and develop discussion content. The role is expected to work cross-functionally with other members of the Business Development team, Product department, ER&D and other Supernal collaborator groups to scope, refine and prepare for client engagements.
What you can do:
- Prospect for and establish relationships with new clients, especially in Supernal focus regions (e.g., North America, Korea, and Asia)
- Work with the Engineering, Product and Business Development Teams to build agendas, models and content that will be reviewed at various phases of the BD / sales cycle
- Guide the modeling and data science processes to the standards expected by clients
- Support development of client term sheets
- Support the execution of Operator Advisory Board (OAB) meetings and other BD-related events as required
- Help define deal terms and partnership metrics
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Other duties as assigned
What you can contribute:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in relevant fields, such as: Airlines/air operators (particularly strategy, ops, network planning), Economic or financial analysis, Business or corporate development or strategy (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
- Knowledge of airline operations, revenue & costs, network planning
- Experience building presentation materials for internal and external customers and collaborating internally/externally with people representing a variety of organizational levels (e.g., managing up and down)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive delivery of communication and follow-up
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints
- Self-motivated, forward-thinking, and adaptable personality
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of total compensation.The pay range for this position is: $174,720—$291,957 USDClick HERE or visit:
