Job Summary

BASIC FUNCTION
HCSC is looking for a dynamic individual to join its HR Operations team! This position is responsible for delivering employee services requiring knowledge of HR policies and procedures in such areas as salary and benefit administration, employee relations, wellness, or employee development. Additional duties will include researching and providing solutions to the more difficult employee and retiree issues and concerns as well as working with all areas of HR to ensure effective employee services. This role is accountable for participating in the HR value proposition to attract, develop, and retain high quality diverse employees for the corporation. This role is hybrid/flex and requires in-office visibility three days per week, working from home the other two days.

JOB REQUIRMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business and 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources environment in the following areas: salary administration, benefits administration, employee relations, wellness or employee development OR 4 years’ Human Resources Experience in the following areas: salary administration, benefits administration, employee relations, wellness, or employee development.
• Highly service oriented and have desire to serve the customer.
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and detailed oriented with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Collaborative team player shifting in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle stress and high volume situations where time is of the essence.
• Proficiency utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Workday.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Benefits or HR certifications (CEBS, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP), a plus.

Base Pay Range

$39,900.00 - $88,800.00
