As a key influencer, you’ll collaborate with a talented team to plan, organize, and coordinate services tailored to the unique needs of our company contracts. You’ll champion best practices, guide training initiatives, and ensure fidelity to our proven methods—all while supporting your colleagues and stakeholders with empathy and expertise. You’ll also serve as a vital resource for leaders and HR professionals, offering expert consultation on employee concerns, and maintaining a partial caseload to stay connected to the heart of our work. - Master's Degree is required.
- Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Requires license to practice clinical counseling in the state of Indiana (for example, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) and current certification as Certified Employee Assistance Professional.
- Requires 3-5 years of experience in the employee assistance field and core EAP services.
- Requires knowledge of the impact of the disease process and of human behavior to provide psychosocial assessments, short-term therapeutic counseling, and crisis intervention.
- Requires knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span.
- Maintains principles, practices and techniques of crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
- Requires basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with process improvement and change management preferred.
- Requires ability to develop content and present to large audiences with ease.
- Current certification in Critical Incident Stress Response, short-term solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care or substance use disorders preferred.
