The Marketing Manager for Demand Generation will be responsible for developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and enhancing customer engagement. This role involves planning and managing targeted email marketing campaigns, leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools to optimize workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align efforts with overall sales and marketing objectives. The successful candidate will utilize data-driven insights to improve campaign performance, implement A/B testing, and track key metrics to ensure optimal ROI and customer engagement. Strong expertise in email marketing, content creation, and demand generation strategy is essential, with a focus on delivering impactful results in dynamic, technology-driven environments.

Strong expertise in email marketing, content creation, and demand generation strategy is essential, with a focus on delivering impactful results in dynamic, technology-driven environments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans designed to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and enhance customer engagement.
- Lead the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with overall sales and marketing objectives, with a focus on increasing conversion rates.
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
- You'll work closely with the creative team to craft compelling email content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot) to create, track, and optimize email marketing workflows and campaigns.
- Work closely with the email marketing team to analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics to continuously improve messaging and engagement strategies.
- Leverage data segmentation and list management to deliver tailored email content, improving lead nurturing and lifecycle management.
- Identify and optimize Points of Interaction (POI) across channels to enhance the effectiveness of campaigns, with a specific focus on email touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce content for email marketing, social media, and other communication channels supporting demand generation initiatives.
- Continuously analyze and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics, ensuring the best possible ROI and engagement from email campaigns.
- Use customer insights, behavior data, and A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, calls-to-action, and overall campaign strategy.
- Track, report, and share key email marketing metrics, including lead conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and campaign ROI, offering actionable insights for improving future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, with at least 2 years of experience managing email marketing programs and teams.
- Extensive knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, copywriting, and analytics.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation platform
