We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. This hybrid (50% Site-Based / 50% Central-Based) role combines in-depth business analysis with project management to drive operational efficiency, optimize processes, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost modeling, supply chain analysis, and process optimization, with expertise in utilizing ERP systems (preferably SAP) to analyze and improve business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, operations, and supply chain professionals, to identify opportunities, create actionable solutions, and implement initiatives that improve performance and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Strategy:
- Analyze business processes and operations, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization using data and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (business leaders, product managers, and operational teams) to define business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Develop business cases, project plans, and process documentation to support new initiatives and improvements.
Cost Modeling & Financial Analysis:
- Use advanced Excel skills to build cost models that analyze operational efficiency and support financial decision-making.
- Work closely with finance and operational teams to track and manage costs, ensuring alignment with business goals and budget constraints.
Data Analysis & Supply Chain Optimization:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations for supply chain optimization.
- Review operational and supply chain performance metrics to identify key areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
ERP System Management & Reporting:
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP), planning software (e.g. Xeras) and relevant reporting software to gather and analyze business and supply chain data, ensuring accurate tracking of performance metrics and operational processes.
- Support the implementation of improvements based on data insights, helping streamline processes and enhance system reliability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and operations teams to align goals and ensure solutions are both feasible and effective.
- Support project management activities by contributing business analysis insights during project scoping, implementation, and evaluation.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business and operational requirements and ensure solutions meet both technical and business needs.
Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate existing business processes, particularly within the supply chain, identifying areas for improvement and driving change initiatives.
- Apply process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma, to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced cost modeling and financial analysis techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) for data analysis, reporting, and process optimization.
- Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends and areas for operational improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning business objectives with operational improvements.
Preferred:
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, cost manage
