Disqualifiers – Do NOT Apply If:

• You “don’t like selling” — this is a sales role.
• You freeze under pressure or hate the phone.
• You can’t juggle multiple leads or follow up without being told.
• You need scripts to function — this requires active listening & adaptability.
• You’re not obsessed with guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Convert inbound and outbound leads into bookings via phone, text, and email
• Respond to inquiries in minutes, not days
• Follow up relentlessly until the guest books—or you get a clear “no”
• Maintain expert knowledge of our experiences, packages, and brand voice
• Deliver a guest journey that feels personal, luxurious, and effortless

Compensation & Schedule:

• All-Commission Structure with Uncapped Earnings
• Performance-based bonuses for elite closers
• Full-time | Some weekend & evening availability required
• 50+ hours/week in a high-output, high-reward environment

This is a 100% commission-based position with no hourly or base pay. Compensation is entirely performance-driven, offering unlimited income potential for top performers.
