Electronic Eligibility Data Analyst

Build the future! Quadax, an award-winning leader in healthcare revenue cycle technology, is looking for a permanent, full-time Health Insurance Eligibility Analyst to join our team. Local candidates preferred. If needed, Quadax can hire remote employees in the following states only: OH (outside commutable distance), PA, MI, IN, KY, WV, TN, GA, FL, TX, MO, NC, SC, SD, and NE. Responsibilities:

• Work with customers, users, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and create the stories which can satisfy those needs.
• Do research and seek out/establish eligibility connections where it makes sense 
• Collaborate with other analysts to develop and document business analysis best practices, standards, and tool usage.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree a plus 
• 6+ years experience in an Insurance Eligibility support role.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement a plus
• Understanding of and on the job experience working with ANSI 270/271 required
• Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills
• Capable of solving complex problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience querying SQL databases is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
