Electro-Mechanical Technicians

 

 

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

 

Assembly and Installation:

• Assemble and install electrical, mechanical, and electronics equipment using hand or power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the method and sequence of assembly.
• Maintenance and Repair:
• Inspect parts for surface defects and ensure equipment meets design specifications.
• Repair or replace defective components using hand tools, gauges, and testing equipment.
• Testing and Calibration: Operate, test, and maintain unmanned, automated, robotic, or electromechanical equipment.
• Use instruments to test the performance of electromechanical assemblies and analyze test results.
• Documentation and Safety:
• Document tests performed and analyze the results.
• Follow safety procedures and regulations, including OSHA standards

 

Qualification:

• '2-3 year degree & minimum 5 yrs equivalent experience.
