I.
Safety:

Quality:
1. Follow recipes and deviations at all times. Unauthorized deviations are strictly forbidden.
2. Comply with all FDA rules, procedures and work practices.
3. Follow all Nestle and GMP procedures.
4. Maintain confidential information on recipes.
5. Report all deviations from the recipe.
IV.
Operations:
1. Understanding verbal and written instructions in English.
2. Must follow safety rules and procedures including the wearing of safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses where appropriate.
3. Must observe good manufacturing practices (GMP) and USDA policies.
4. Must pass physical strength test (cybex).
5. Must be able to transport oneself to, from, and around one’s designated work area on concrete surfaces which are often uneven, wet, and slippery.
6. Must have legible handwriting.
