A well-established electrical contractor with a turnover of approximately £15 million is currently looking for an experienced Electrical Manager to join their team on a major CAT A/B commercial fit-out scheme in Hemel Hempstead.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager or Construction Manager looking to take the next step into a Project Manager position, with the opportunity to develop within a well-established contractor.

The Role

The successful Electrical Manager will report directly into the Contracts Manager, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the electrical works across the project.

The role would suit someone with strong site management experience who is ready to progress into a more senior project management position.

Key Responsibilities

Managing electrical works across a CAT A/B commercial fit-out

Day-to-day management of the project

*

Coordinating electrical installation activities

*

Managing site teams and subcontractors

*

Working closely with the Contracts Manager

*

Monitoring programme, quality and progress

*

Coordinating with other trades and project stakeholders

*

Ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently

*

Supporting the successful delivery of the project
