THE POSITION:
We're looking for a full-time Foreman 1-2 to coordinate operations and oversee electricians at construction sites. As the point of reference for both workers and supervisors, the Foreman 1 will be a key person for the completion of a project. Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical construction with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to make quick decisions. This person will be well organized and must have safety first mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise field production activities to obtain top quality workmanship, efficiency, employee satisfaction, morale, communication, teamwork, pride and development of the team.
- Ensures work is performed according to company standards and project specifications including planning and managing labor, materials, and production on electrical construction projects.
- Creates a material Buy-Out prior to the job beginning.
- Plans work and labor requirements for the project for a minimum of 3 weeks.
- Complete As-Built Drawings and orders material once a week.
- File daily reports and report all incidents.
- Manages all project Close-Out processes as well as budget control (manage the cost on the site)
- Communicates efficiently with the Project Management team as well as the customer/ GC.
- Draft RFI's and submit them to the PM team.
- Enforce all HR/ Company policies, safety policies, and perform discipline action with crew as needed.
- Enter and approve timecards for assigned crew.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of commercial/ industrial foreman electrical experience
- Experience working in data center and high-rise projects preferred**
- Experience leading crews of 20+ employees
- Advanced abilities at reading plans, submittals, and specifications.
- In-depth knowledge of NFPA 70 and solid understanding of current electrical codes and installation methods.
- Well-versed in the installation of power systems - lighting, fire protection and security and data networks.
- Ability to order and track materials, perform job cost projections, and develop "as-builts"
- Proficient at all construction software as required
- Clean background and driving record
- Ability to run projects $1M and larger
- Must be able to reach overhead, lift 75 pounds, and push and pull materials.
- Must be able to work in a variety of positions, e.g., stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling, etc.
- Work is regularly performed in outdoor weather conditions where temperatures can exceed one hundred degrees.<
