Electrical Fabrication Specialist

This role is responsible for fabricating, wiring, troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment.

What You Will Do:
- Control Panel Building
- Responsible for laying out, assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electrical panels from blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
- Build to NFPA electrical codes.
- Knowledge/Experience with electrical certifications (UL, CE, CSA, etc.)
- Able to load software and troubleshoot PLC systems.
- Able to perform interconnecting wiring on final equipment assembly.
- Good verbal communication and leadership skills.
- Work proficiently alone, or with a team, to meet project deadlines.
- Troubleshoot and repair refurbished electrical equipment.
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish.
Position Details:
- Plant location: 644 Trumbull Dr. Green Tree, PA 15205
- This position will work 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM (some OT on Saturdays)
- Hourly Compensation Range $24 - $29 / hour. Hourly Compensation Range is based on full-time 40 hours per week. Ecolab in good faith anticipates it will pay within the posted range.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Degree or GED Equivalent.
- Electrical Degree or Certification with 2 years of electrical experience, or 5 years equivalent experience in light industrial control panel wiring.
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, ladder logic, production drawings and Bills of Material.
- Able to wire to code.
- Proficient with electrical and shop hand tools (examples: Multimeter, drills, saws, knockouts, etc.).
- Able to work in a shop environment (dust, noise, odors).
- Basic computer skills (examples: data entry, Internet/e-mail, etc.).
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- Good troubleshoot techniques.
- Other equipment manufacturing skillsets (examples: welding, pipefitting, construction).
- SAP knowledge
- Prior experience as a group lead, team leader, supervisor, or equivalent
- PLC experience
