Job Overview

As the Electrical Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of world-class engineers responsible for designing, developing, and validating the core electrical systems that power our vehicles. From high-voltage power distribution to cutting-edge battery management systems and innovative charging technologies, your team’s work will be critical to the performance, safety, and success of our EVs.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on technical leadership. Your ability to inspire, mentor, and drive engineering excellence will directly impact our product and mission.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering team, including Power Electronics, HV systems, Wiring Harness, BMS, Embedded Systems, and Charging infrastructure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Mechanical, Software, Systems, and Manufacturing teams to integrate electrical systems into vehicle platforms.
• Oversee the design, development, and validation of:
• Ensure designs meet safety, regulatory, and automotive compliance standards (ISO 26262, FMVSS, USCAR, ASIL, etc.).
• Drive design reviews, DFMEAs, and validation plans / testing to ensure high reliability and manufacturability.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and own the delivery of electrical systems from concept to production.
• Mentor and grow the engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies in EV electrical systems and propose innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in EV or automotive electrical systems design, validation, and production.
• Deep knowledge of HV/LV architectures, wiring systems, power electronics, BMS, thermal management, and vehicle charging technologies.
• Strong understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262), EMC/EMI compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with the ability to execute while leading.
