Electrical Engineering Intern

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a Summer Engineering Intern.  The trainee will assist Radiance Engineers in the design, development, and testing of custom electronic hardware for military applications.  These duties will include, but not limited to, assisting with design, assembly, integration, and testing of embedded firmware, electronic assemblies, and systems.

Required Skills:

• Currently pursuing a degree in in Electrical Engineering, or relevant Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) field
• 3.4 Minimum GPA

• Self-motivated and able to work well within a development team
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance
• Ability to work in Huntsville, Al (in-person) for the summer of 2025 (start & stop dates are flexible)

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Visio, Excel, and Presentations
• Basic understanding of engineering design, development, and test
• Experience with Microcontroller/Processor software design using ANSI C/C++
• Experience with Windows, and Linux Operating Systems
• Experience working with various databases including relational, non-relational, and other formats is desired.
• Experience with Computer Aided Design
