About the role

Aretum is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Engineer at Aretum, you will work on a variety of projects, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, and testing electrical systems, components, and equipment. You will also be responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to system troubleshooting and provide technical support to clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs a broad range of Electronic Warfare analyses and/or engineering assignments entailing unique problems, creativity, innovative use of techniques, advance approaches and or new technology.
  • Designing and developing electrical systems and components based on project requirements.
  • Performing calculations, simulations, and other analysis to ensure system performance and safety.
  • Preparing and reviewing technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
  • Collaborating with other engineers and designers to integrate electrical systems into larger projects.
  • Overseeing the installation and testing of electrical systems and equipment.
  • Performing system troubleshooting and providing technical support to clients and team members.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI required
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a consulting or engineering firm.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.
