ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Electrical Engineer II to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This is an onsite position.

As a core Electrical Engineer II on our innovative team, you'll be deeply involved in the full spectrum of engineering activities – from initial research and design to seamless integration, rigorous testing, and insightful analysis. You'll focus on developing critical defensive cyber technologies, ensuring mission assurance, advancing command and control systems, and building resilient tactical networks. Your efforts will directly translate into enhanced effectiveness for the warfighter. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Altium).

• Select appropriate electrical components and materials based on project requirements and specifications.

• Perform circuit analysis, simulations, and calculations to ensure system performance and safety.

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures to validate the functionality and reliability of electrical systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during development, testing, and production phases.

• Collaborate effectively with mechanical, software, and other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems.

• Document design specifications, test results, and other technical information accurately and comprehensively.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards, technologies, and best practices.

• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for design processes and methodologies.

• Potentially mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field or High School Diploma and 6 years of additional relevant experience or Associate's Degree and 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
