Electrical Apprentice

G1 Facility Services is a leading facility maintenance and construction provider, proudly serving customers nationally. We support varied industries, including Aviation, Food Services, and Hospitality. With over two decades of experience in the maintenance and construction industries, we are seeking to welcome a Electrical Apprentice to join our dynamic team.

Compensation: $23 - $28.00 per hour- based on experience, unique PTO policy, medical, vision, dental, and 401K 

Job responsibilities include a but are not limited to the following:

• Perform a variety of electrical trade functions in accordance with local and national electrical codes 
• Read, interpret and understand electrical/mechanical blueprints and drawings
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install AC and DC circuits of various voltages, power  distribution systems, fire detection/suppression systems, HVAC systems, VFD’s and Programmable Logic Controllers, motor controllers, lighting  systems, and controls
• Troubleshoot and repair facilities electrical and/ or mechanical equipment, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, water and waste systems, etc.
• Maintain PMs and WOs for all areas of responsibility using the facility’s CMMS system
• Perform other general duties as assigned by management  

Requirements

• Must have at least two (2) years of relevant work experience
• Must have a valid US driver's License with at least 3 years of experience- approvals and final decision is subjected to our automobile insurance carrier's criteria
• Complete understanding of National Electric Code (NFPA 70 and 70E)
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
•  Willing to work various shifts as required to provide Facility coverage 24/7

Shifts:  6:00am – 2:30pm, 2:00pm – 10:30pm, 10:00pm – 6:30am
