We partner with clients to help streamline their capital spending and business decision process, enable operational efficiencies, and launch new products. We provide clients with a flexible offering of project engagement that ranges across consulting, engineering, design-build, and/or mixed execution through project start-up.
Foth is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Electrical and Controls Engineering Co-op for the period of Spring/Summer of 2025 who has a desire to contribute to our clients' success and is looking for new learning experiences and opportunities for career growth. Position Overview: Your primary focus in this position will be to apply electrical engineering fundamentals while performing design tasks under the supervision of a lead engineer. In addition to developing detailed electrical design drawings using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical software packages, you will also program PLC’s and HMI hardware, and assist with validation of the software and drawing databases. This position will also require you to complete an engineering-related project including the investigation, weighted review and overall evaluation of that technology or piece of equipment against current approaches in use today.

Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of 6+ semesters in an ABET accredited electrical engineering program, with at least 50% core engineering coursework (transcripts must accompany resume)
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (please indicate on resume) and currently in good-standing
Required previous experience with and/or coursework involving the following
- Mid level AutoCAD training and functionality
- Theory and/or programming of industrial PLCs
