This position is fully remote and based in Poland. Your responsibilities will include administration, setup and configuration, consulting our customers, analysis and collaborating closely with the Project Management team. This position reports directly to the Resource Manager - Supply Chain.</p><p><em>This is fully remote role from Poland. </em></p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Administration, Setup and configuration of various customer systems based on our own B2B application </p></li><li><p>Consulting our customers in the optimal use of our software and provide potential solutions</p></li><li><p>Continues learning our own B2B application and solution </p></li><li><p>Analysis and consulting of our customers regarding new or existing customer requirements, partly on site</p></li><li><p>Requirement gathering and work on solutions within our own B2B application </p></li><li><p>You work closely with your colleagues from the Project Management department and Technical team</p></li><li><p>Provide User training on designed solution </p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Successfully completed commercial or technical education and/or a degree preferred in business, <em>computer science</em> or similar fields</p></li><li><p>A high affinity for IT topics, the ability to work in a team, customer orientation as well as very good <em>communication skills</em></p></li><li><p>Robust knowledge of <em>MS Excel</em> and modern internet applications (e.g. <em>CRM</em>/<em>Jira</em>) </p></li><li><p>Very good (C1) <strong><em>English</em></strong> skills</p></li><li><p>Professional experience in customer support in a <em>B2B IT environment</em></p></li><li><p><strong>4-5 years of experience</strong> on handling services customer projects</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel (up to 10% of working hours)</p></li></ul><p>Nice to have: </p><ul><li><p>Knowledge on Supplier- <em>customer relationships</em>, Purchasing Domain, Sourcing domain, Automotive domain etc.</p></li><li><p>HTML and <em>Java</em> script basic knowledge (at least read and understand high level), no technical knowledge is required</p></li></ul><p> </p><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Your health and well being are important to us at QAD.
