Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in a B2B environment
• Proven track record of successful proposal submissions
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience with graphics design and desktop publishing
• Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management systems
• Additional certification preferred

Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with proposal management software (e.g., Privia, RFPIO, Loopio)
• Knowledge of document management systems
• Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
• Understanding of content management systems

What to expect...
Schedule:

• Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.

Compensation:

• Rate starts at $5 per hour
• Payment is made via Deel

Equipment:

• Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
  • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
  • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
  • Back-up computer and internet connection
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
