Hanover Veterinary Clinic, a well-established small animal practice in beautiful West Lebanon, NH, is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our dedicated and collaborative team. This role is ideal for an experienced GP veterinarian with strong dental and soft tissue surgical skills, though we are open to mentoring exceptional new graduates under the guidance of Dr. Bri Letaw and Dr. Rowe.Why Relocate to West Lebanon, NH?

- Full-time General Practitioner with strong interest and experience in dentistry and soft tissue surgery
- Strong communicator with a team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to high-quality medicine and compassionate client care
- Proficient in dental procedures and extractions
- Skilled in routine soft tissue surgeries (spays, neuters, mass removals, etc.)
- Comfortable seeing 15–17 appointments per day with 20–30-minute appointment blocks
- Enjoy a Healthy Schedule
- 1.5–2:1 DVM-to-technician ratio, with multiple team members pursuing CVT credentials
- Specialists available through traveling veterinary services
- Employees may bring their pets to work
- ProSal: $120,000 – $160,000 base (dependent on experience and skill set) + 20% production
