This job is a member of the Information Technology Team within the Information Technology Division.
The role is expected to perform Active directory, Entra ID administration, maintenance, and automation, as well as provide ongoing support to enterprise customers.

What you'll do

• Collaborates with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads and other developers, along with internal customers, to understand requirements and develop needs according to business requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of Microsoft security certification, authentication, authorization, IP security setup, and endpoint configuration
• Supports deployments and configuration changes to production and non-production systems, following established procedures.
• Presents architecture and design to necessary stakeholders, as required.
• Provides on-call Active Directory support and troubleshoots AD issues.
• Resolve replication failures, trust issues, and authentication problems.
• Support GPOs, DNS, LDAP, and DFS in multi-domain/multi-site environments.
• Administers and supports production configurations, policies and troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues, including service vulnerability mitigation Disaster Recovery planning/ testing.
• Works on automation and containerization of the products
• Maintains process and engineering documentation.

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
• 5 years of technology experience, with a focus on information security technology development, support, and administration

 

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
• 10+ years of technology experience, with a focus on information security technology development, support, and administration

 

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Hands on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure Active Directory Connect, and Office 365.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of AD and Azure, Entra ID related tasks and activities, including automation workflows.
• Enforce Tier-0 security boundaries and Zero Trust principles.
• Manage privileged access and identity protection.
• General knowledge of OData REST API, Microsoft Graph REST API and JSON batching and workflow automation using tools like Directory Resource Administration.
• Hands on experience with implementing Active directory, Entra ID security best practices.
• Experience with engineering and troubleshooting Group policies, Microsoft Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM)
• Experience with server virtualization technologies (VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V).
• Understanding of Microsoft online services and ability to assist with integration efforts.
• Expertise in various security fields including access control, identity proofing, service principles, modern authentication protocols OIDC, SAML, Kerberos; MFA, Public Key Infrastructure, network and enterprise security architecture.
• Use PowerShell, Azure CLI, and MS Graph for automation and system optimization.
• Expert ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support to our customers.
• Experience with detailed requirements gathering and documentation, writing approach documents, whitepapers, design documents, and runbooks required.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Expert knowledge of design techniques and principals involved in production of drawings and models are required.
