THE JOB:

As a Cook at Libertine Social, you'll be part of a dynamic kitchen team delivering innovative New American cuisine with a modern twist. From preparing perfectly cooked steaks to mastering modern gastropub techniques, you'll contribute to an unforgettable dining experience. This role offers the chance to work with high-quality ingredients and sharpen your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

THE STARTING RATE: $25.7806

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare and cook dishes with precision, adhering to established recipes and culinary standards.
• Handle multiple stations, including sauté and pizza-making, ensuring consistent quality.
• Assist with menu item preparation, such as sauces, stocks, and soups, while paying attention to detail with plate presentation.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with modern gastropub or New American cuisine, with experience in high-volume outlets.
• Background in sauté, pizza-making, or steak preparation is a strong plus.
• Team player with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
