The Warehouse Production Lead position is responsible for overseeing general laborers in the production and assembly of roadway barricades and signs.

Essential Job Functions:

As a Warehouse Production Lead, the job functions include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee and train a team of general laborers in the assembling of roadway barricades and signs
• Prepare and provide direction to team on order fulfillment
• Maintain proper inventory levels
• Conduct quality checks of orders /productions standards as outlined by the Company
• Pull materials and place in delivery area
• Verify daily shipments match order requests; Assist with deliveries as needed
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat 
• Complete daily paperwork as needed
• Ensure the general warehouse is kept clean and swept
• Meet team production daily goals 
• Additional duties or job functions may be required as deemed necessary by management personnel to contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Desired Qualifications:

• Forklift Certification
• Working knowledge of MOT operations
• High School Diploma/GED

Requirements

• Pass Initial drug screening & background check
• Maintain company standards post-employment for background checks, criminal record, driving record and controlled substance/drug testing, as required
• Communicate clearly both written and verbally
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Ability to maintain proper safety equipment required for each job
• Capable of working individually and as a team
• Ability to adjust to changing work schedule and work overtime
• Ability to work safely outdoors and under adverse environmental and weather conditions
• Capable of frequently lifting at least 50 pounds
• Ability to operate hand/power tools
• Ability to work from elevated platforms, ladders, or truck beds
