Group Fitness Coach – Yoga or Floor Pilates (Part-Time)

About Iron Culture: Iron Culture is a premium, hardcore fitness brand built for those who take their training seriously. Across our facilities, we’re expanding our group class offerings to include recovery, mobility, and floor-based formats- and we’re looking for a skilled Yoga or Mat Pilates instructor to lead the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach weekly floor-based classes (Yoga, Mat Pilates, Mobility) focused on mobility, flexibility, posture, and recovery
• Guide members through safe, effective floor-based movements
• Adapt sessions for all fitness levels, with attention to form and injury prevention
• Foster a welcoming, high-integrity environment 
• Contribute to and potentially lead programming across locations
• Collaborate with our professional class programming team for support and innovation

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Yoga Instructor or Certified Pilates Instructor (mat-based) - RYT 200+, PMA, etc
• Prior experience leading group classes in a gym or studio environment
• CPR/AED certification
• Confidence working with both beginners and athletes
• Strong presence, attention to form, and a calm but authoritative coaching style
