Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Long Term Planning Senior Officer for the Master Planning department at our Maroussi premises.
As a Long Term Planning Senior Officer, the ideal candidate will develop and implement long-term planning strategies to ensure the company's sustained growth and competitiveness by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities and risks, and creating comprehensive plans that align with the company's long-term goals.

What you will do:
Requirements
- Prepare and control Master Production Plan for the next at least 18 months
- Prepare and control all activities related to forecasts scenarios uploading in the system and mrp/capacity runs
- Prepare and develop capacity utilization reports and identify bottlenecks that require actions in collaboration with Production and Detailed Scheduling
- Contribute to monthly S&OP process through Supply review preparation and analysis
- Monitor and control the KPIs which are relevant to the capacity and supply performance
- Follow closely the product transfers between sites through appropriate project management
- Follow closely raw materials’ and primary packaging materials’ stock following the master Production schedule
- Be responsible for all inventory reports and projection inventory analysis
- Monitor and control the KPIs which are relevant to the inventory performance
The ideal candidate should have:
- BSc Degree of Science in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Management, or other related degree
- Desirable 3-5 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry in a similar role
Job-Specific Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English language (writing & speaking)
- Experience with Kinaxis will be considered a strong asset
- Extensive knowledge of planning systems such as SAP R/3 ECC6
- Computer literacy
- Ability to communicate effectively, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional analytical skills, strong problem – solving and project management skills
