As the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you will lead our evening shift team at the BURL Outreach Clinical Laboratory dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our laboratory operations and upholding the highest standards of patient care. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervise the daily operations of the BURL Outreach Clinical Laboratory, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal performance.

• Implement best practices and protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing procedures.

• Provide guidance and support to a team of Clinical Laboratory Scientists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Salary Range: $112,900.00 - $256,900.00/year

• Current, valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license and bachelor’s degree.• Minimum of 4 years of licensed CLS working experience.• Prior experience in leading and directing a team in a unionized environment – preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others.• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to driving positive change and achieving organizational goals.
