As the Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you will lead our evening shift team at the BURL Outreach Clinical Laboratory dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our laboratory operations and upholding the highest standards of patient care. Key responsibilities include:
• Supervise the daily operations of the BURL Outreach Clinical Laboratory, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal performance.
• Implement best practices and protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to a team of Clinical Laboratory Scientists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Salary Range: $112,900.00 - $256,900.00/year

• Current, valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license and bachelor’s degree.• Minimum of 4 years of licensed CLS working experience.• Prior experience in leading and directing a team in a unionized environment – preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others.• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to driving positive change and achieving organizational goals.As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts a conditional offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; received notice of any allegations or are currently the subject of any administrative or disciplinary proceedings involving misconduct; have left a position after receiving notice of allegations or while under investigation in an administrative or disciplinary proceeding involving misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of misconduct with a previous employer.
