Role Summary
Knowledge Management Content Writers make it easier for users and customers to understand complex concepts and confidently take their next step.
Our Content Writers are responsible for transforming content to align to a broader knowledge strategy, advocating for that strategy, and identifying opportunities to evolve it. Content Writers create content, review content others have created, and coach others to create content that ultimately empowers clients.
Assignments may include applying content strategies to transform complex business processes into highly usable content, helping colleagues create content that complies with the overarching content strategy, and recognizing opportunities to evolve content standards.
Content Writers are consistently in dialogue with our legal and compliance partners to create experiences that fit our legal limitations and are accessible to all.
Responsibilities
Work in cross-disciplinary groups to understand T. Rowe Price products and services, customer needs, and the business processes that support them
Facilitate intent discovery processes partnering with subject matter experts, Compliance, Legal, and end-users
Develop expertise in the knowledge platform and strategy; leverage expertise to create simple content that complies to the content strategy
Apply content strategies to transform content; guide others through the process of transforming content.
Review content for alignment to strategy, quality standards, and brand standards.
Promote content standards and advocate for standardized content processes to drive consistency, brand alignment, and maintain design integrity.
Monitor KPIs and feedback; partner to ensure ongoing strategic alignment and that needs are being met
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
2+ years of total relevant work experience.
Optional:
Experience working in a heavily regulated environment such as finance or healthcare.
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
Regional Requirements:
Base salary range:
$66,000 - $113,500 USD
For the location of:
Colorado
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
