The Opportunity
The Growth Operations Lead will play a critical role in overseeing the successful onboarding and execution of our partnerships. This position requires a strategic and customer-focused team member who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-touch end to end partner experience. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of ‘enterprise’ customer needs and a proven track record of implementing effective onboarding and delivery processes.
What you'll do
Project Management:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding to delivery process for customers (partners), ensuring timely and successful implementation of our products/services.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and internal resources.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, clinical, customer success, product, and technical teams to gather requirements and align on customer expectations.
- In collaboration with the partnerships team, be responsible for onboarding and smooth delivery of enterprise partnerships.
Customization and Configuration:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their specific needs and configure our products/services accordingly.
- Provide guidance on best practices and recommend custom solutions when necessary.
Training and Documentation:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for enterprise customers, ensuring they are equipped to maximise the value of our offerings.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for onboarding processes and product configurations.
Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement:
- Gather customer and stakeholder feedback during and after the onboarding process, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for enhancements based on feedback.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a customer onboarding or implementation role, preferably in an enterprise context.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and enterprise software solutions.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex customer requirements.

- This is a hybrid role with flexibility to come to our Soho office. This role requires as a minimum bi-weekly travel to our head office (18 Soho Square, London, W1D 3QL). You are welcome to work from our head office if you want to come and collaborate. The team are in every week.
