About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Technical Lead to join our growing Business Technology team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing and guiding scalable solutions, mentoring developers, and ensuring high technical standards across our mobile and web platforms. You'll be instrumental in turning business goals into robust, high-quality products that deliver excellent experiences to our customers and partners.

This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, Agile environment and enjoys balancing technical execution with mentorship and cross-functional alignment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

• Guide and mentor developers and QA engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Facilitate technical discussions, identify risks and dependencies, and ensure alignment with best practices and architectural standards.
• Foster a collaborative team culture with a focus on product quality, performance, and scalability.

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and help mitigate technical debt or risks.
• Support long-term architectural vision while solving immediate technical challenges.

Development Oversight

• Oversee technical progress, track milestones, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure overall code quality.
• Contribute to development when needed, especially in critical areas or for proof-of-concept work.

What You Bring to the Table

• 10+ years of software development experience, including:
  • 5+ years of mobile development experience.
  • 5+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Hands-on experience with modern mobile frameworks such as React Native or Swift.
• Strong frontend development skills using JavaScript, React, Next.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Backend experience with Node.js and database technologies like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with AWS, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, and scalable system architecture.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and version control (Git).
• Proven ability to mentor developers, lead code reviews, and drive alignment on technical best practices.
• Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive mindset, curiosity to learn new technologies, and a passion for building impactful solutions.
