Department Overview

Management Department supports various businesses and services, including Rakuten's core businesses, from an administrative perspective.

The department is also involved in human resource management, including labor relations, payroll, systems, training, and recruitment, in line with the characteristics of each business and service.

Position Details

- Leadership candidates for operational tasks related to personnel evaluations

Data entry, management, and checking of data into the HR system

Input and checking of various documents and files

Management of personnel evaluation information

Member management

Communication with HR of business units

Explanation of evaluation system for business units, etc.

　

Work Environment

Management Department

There will be 31 employees (accounting, general affairs, human resources, etc.), with about 15 in human resources.

　

Mandatory Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in human resources operations

- Experience in member management such as leadership, management, and training

Desired Qualifications:

- Business level English proficiency
