We’re looking for a Media Performance Manager to take ownership of our paid media strategy and performance, ensuring every dollar works harder to grow brand, demand and market share.
This is a hands-on, highly analytical role for a media leader who thrives on optimisation, insight and measurable outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end paid media strategy, developing and delivering quarterly media plans aligned to brand, demand and sales objectives
- Lead media performance across TV, OOH, radio, search, display, Meta and emerging channels
- Partner closely with media and creative agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and on target
- Track, analyse and optimise campaign performance daily, turning data into actionable insights
- Manage media budgets with precision, ensuring 100% adherence while maximising ROI
- Deliver clear, executive-ready reporting and recommendations that shape future strategy
- Monitor competitor and industry media activity to keep GWM ahead of the curve
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in media planning and performance management, ideally in automotive or a fast-paced consumer category
- Deep understanding of paid media metrics and optimisation across the full marketing funnel
- Strong analytical capability with a data-led mindset
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and agencies with clear, compelling insights
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
