We are looking for a Senior Manager, Executive Communications who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans for the organization's executives. This role involves crafting compelling messaging, managing internal and external communications, and ensuring consistent and effective communication aligned with the organization's goals and values. What you will be doing:
Strategic Communication Planning:

Be a strategic thought partner to our C-suite leaders, and help deliver their communications to the company and their individual teams.

Find stories that showcase our momentum to inspire employees.

Produce superb written internal communications and succinct talking points for executives, and deliver constructive feedback.

Ensure all content reflects the executive’s voice and aligns with the organization’s branding and messaging.

Quarterback leadership communications efforts by partnering with cross-functional collaborators and internal comms teammates.
Media Relations:

Serve as the primary liaison between the executive team and the media.

Prepare executives for media interviews and public appearances.

Manage media inquiries and develop responses to enhance the organization's public image.
Internal Communications:

Oversee internal communication channels and ensure executives' messages are effectively communicated across the organization.

Collaborate with HR and other departments to facilitate executive messaging on key initiatives, changes, and organizational updates.
Crisis Communication:

Develop and implement crisis communication strategies in coordination with senior management.

Prepare executives to handle sensitive or high-pressure situations with appropriate messaging.
Performance Measurement:

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives.

Provide reports and recommendations for improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.

What you must have:

10+ years in communications
-
Experience in executive communications, public relations, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.

Experience working directly with C-suite executives

Passion for engaging employees

Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of media relations and public speaking.

Ability to develop and implement strategic communication plans.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with high-level executives.
