The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering property-related data into company databases, and supporting administrative operations with a high degree of precision and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and tracking systems

• Review and verify the accuracy of information before input

• Organize and maintain paper and electronic files

• Assist the operations team with various administrative tasks

• Perform regular data audits to ensure consistency and accuracy

• Handle confidential information with discretion

• Communicate with team members to ensure data integrity and timely entry

Qualifications
