Administrative Assistant - Aerospace

Compensation: $20/hr. and above Depending on Experience and/or Formal Training

Required Skills/Knowledge:

• Will involve critical thinking, strategic planning and able to multi-task at a high level
• While working alongside Project Managers will be creating process flows and schedules
• Must have attention to detail and be able to do data-entry
• Demonstrated excellent time-management skills
• Good communication skills as you will be interacting with customers/visitors and internal staff
• Assist with various shipping functions; FedEx, UPS et al…
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and Outlook)

 

Additional Skills/Knowledge Preferred:

• Knowledge of Epicor 10/Kinetic ERP
• Desire for continuous professional development
