Speech and Language Pathologist or SLP Clinical Fellow

SPEECHCOM, INC is seeking full-time, California-Licensed Speech-Language Pathologists or Clinical Fellows to serve a school district in Paramount, CA.

Rate of Pay: $62-$70 per hour W2 (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-time, 35 Hours Per Week

• Assignments begin on August 7, 2025 and will run through the end of the school year, June 4, 2026

Requirements

Skill communicating verbally and in writing with students, faculty members, and parents so that all parties understand the student's program and the degree of progress being made.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, dynamic, speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to each student's needs.
• Provide speech therapy sessions, focusing on improving communication skills and/or articulation
• Collaborate with educators and service providers, if appropriate, to support intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
• Stay updated on advancements in speech-language pathology and relevant district updates.

Education and Experience:

Master's degree in speech pathology required.

CA state-issued license as a speech pathologist required.
