We are looking for a highly engaged client relationship manager who will assist in the planning and execution of complex proxy solicitation campaigns, and related project initiatives, accomplishing the successful outcome of the proxy within the specified timeframes and budget. The client relationship manager must be client facing and consultative, having a thorough understanding of all campaign activities, fostering collaborative partnerships with internal business partners. Responsible for collaborating with clients, key stakeholders, and project teams to ensure objectives are met.

Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates implementation of multiple small to medium sized project initiatives, using proven project management tools and methods, working closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve key milestones within identified and established project timeframes.
- Monitors and communicates with clients, business partners, project sponsors, and stakeholders, the project objectives, achievements, milestones, challenges and issues, and reports on project status.
- Collaborates effectively to identify creative alternatives to project challenges, leads subject matter experts to resolve project challenges, removing obstacles and impediments to ensure business and operational objectives are met.
- Understands Broadridge pricing models and billing procedures, monitoring project costs ensuring projects remain on budget and maintains open communication regarding budget with clients.
- Understands Broadridge programming and technologies, as well as system capabilities, in order to provide guidance and consult with clients.
- Able to communicate across all levels of an organization, including legal, compliance, programming, operational, and production areas, having an understanding of all tasks and challenges related to project and proxy management.
- Leads and coordinates all tasks, assuring timely completion of all aspects of a campaign including data processing, typesetting, operations, programming, billing, special handling, and tabulation.
- Participates and collaborates on proposal and system enhancement efforts, including project scoping and assessing effort required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Extensive project management experience, PMP certification preferred
- 3-5 years of mutual fund industry and/or insurance product knowledge
- Solid and extensive written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with ability to meet tight and competing deadlines while also being detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Able to conceptualize innovative and creative approaches to project challenges
