The salary for this role is $55,000 - $60,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

• This role will be focused in our People Operations department
• Assisting in onboarding of new hires - basic HR responsibilities, computer setups
• Entering onboarding data
• Managing multiple calendars at once
• Assisting in ongoing HR information data and benefits administration
• Assistance in resume screening
• Assistance in posting jobs and candidate workflow data
• Email management and project follow ups
• Assistance in company event planning
• Personal assistance responsibilities to the COO

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Admin or an Executive Asst. role.
• A tech savvy problem solver
• Must have experience running multiple calendars
• Experience helping with personal assistance to leadership
• Basic HR knowledge and rules of onboarding
• Basic knowledge of Bamboo or other HR software is a plus
• Local to our Bala Cynwood, PA office. Must be in office at least 3 days a week.
