About the role

Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, 6:30am-3:00pm. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL.  

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening, night, and weekend shift differential

Overtime

On-call pay

Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited School of Nursing Program. Required
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
Work Experience
  • At least three years clinical experience in assigned specialty area. Required
  • Prior completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program with related experience or successful completion of Scrub RN competency (Internal Northern Illinois Program). Required
Licenses & Certifications
  • Bi-annual BLS Certification. Required
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure from the State of Illinois. Required
  • Perioperative Nurse Certification (CNOR) preferred. Preferred
  • Perioperative Nurse Certification (CNOR) preferred. Preferred
