Overview:
12 hrs/week, nights, 7p-7a, every third weekend, holiday rotation.
Base pay $20.50/hr plus applicable shift differentials. Not eligible for benefits.

Job Description:
- Provides excellent customer service to patients and families by applying best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Register’s patients in critical care and trauma situations. Obtains accurate patient information on registrations.
- Establishes and maintains open communication with all departments and interacts with and clinical staff in those areas. Pages Providers as needed in the ED and follow ups to assure callers are connected.
- Assists in the shadowing and precepting of new employees.
- Order supplies and assures sufficient stock for unit needs.
- Answers internal and external phone calls. Assuring accurate response and follow up with each call.
Education Requirement:
High school graduate.
Associates degree preferred.

Demonstrated computer skills required with the ability to navigate most current technology systems.
Strong administrative skills required.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Experience:
One year of previous health care experience preferred.
