Job Description Summary

Ideation Lab Assistants work with the Faculty Lab Lead in creating visual content and graphics for a variety of projects and campaigns. This role offers hands-on experience in design support, layout and composition, image editing, and developing proficiency with industry-standard software. Ideal for aspiring designers, the position encourages creative input and adaptability while helping build a strong foundation for a future career in design.

Responsibilities

Assisting the Ideation Lab Design team in various tasks related to creating visual content, graphics, and other design elements for projects and campaigns.
Responsibilities and requirements may vary but include: design support, software learning and beginning proficiency, Creative input, Layout/Composition, image editing, and adaptability.
Junior Designer position is a great entry-level opportunity to gain experience in the design field and build a strong foundation for a career in design.

Required Qualifications

Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and tools
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Effective time management and organizational skills

Desired Qualifications

Ability to take direction and work collaboratively
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or willingness to learn
