RoomPriceGenie was founded in 2017 with the mission to help hoteliers all over the world to get their prices right. Many independent hotels are struggling with digitalization and their business is becoming more and more complex. They need our help! We make revenue management technology for hotels, guesthouses and vacation rentals, for single property businesses and groups – they all use cloud-based property management software and want to increase their revenue in a transparent and efficient way. Your role

Our young and motivated team is distributed across Europe and we have offices in Mannheim and Berlin in Germany, and Steinhausen in Switzerland. We’re looking for people who have a passion for the hospitality industry, and want to help hoteliers by increasing their revenue while making their lives easier. As part of the Graduate Fast Track Program in Hotel Tech Sales, you will be involved in outbound sales activities, exposed to business development tactics, and introduced to the basics of revenue management. 

• This Graduate Fast Track Program in Hotel Tech Sales consists of 18 months' in depth-training.
• Your training will begin with 12 months as a Sales Development Representative responsible for outbound sales, followed by 6 months as a Senior Sales Development Representative with more responsibility and ownership in the market.
• Following successful completion of the 18-month program, you will start transitioning into a new role as a Business Development Manager or a Sales & Revenue Manager for your market. 
• The duration of each step and the progression will be subject to performance results, personal growth, and attitude.

• Native German and Fluent English language skills.
• Demonstrable aptitude for sales.

• Excitement for new technology and a strong technical aptitude.
• Positive, outgoing and empathetic attitude.
• Active listening skills and the ability to find touch-points to connect with prospects.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• A team player that loves to achieve success with the team.

Nice to have(s)

• Additional European languages (E.g. Italian or French).
• Prior experience in a SaaS/Travel-tech company.
• Hotel/Hospitality experience.
