We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Operational Accounting Analyst to join our Operational Accounting Department. This is a full-time, on-site position offering an opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced financial services environment.

Position Summary:
The Operational Accounting Analyst will play a key role in the setup, maintenance, and management of lease and loan records. This role works cross-functionally with internal departments to maintain financial accuracy and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and maintenance of lease and loan contracts in the internal leasing software
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Validate and review financial documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate with Sales, Credit, Documentation, and other departments to resolve discrepancies and gather information
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the accuracy of billing, payments, and all related financial activities
• Provide backup support for fellow Operational Accounting Analysts as needed
• Contribute to internal process improvements and support system enhancements

Qualifications:

• Education
  • Minimum of an Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with 1-3 accounting experience, or
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in leasing, lending, or financial services is a plus
